Hi, I’m Lekan Akinsande!

I’m a data and analytics professional, personal growth advocate, and international development enthusiast dedicated to building a world where everyone can grow, learn, prosper, and transform their communities.

My journey began with a degree in Psychology and a career path in Human Resource Management. By 2016, I became a licensed Chartered Human Resource Manager. However, in 2017, I pivoted into the world of tech and data analytics—a field I had no formal training in at the time. Through consistent learning, trial and error, and building effective systems, I transitioned from a non-tech background to becoming an award-winning data scientist and global impact advocate.
